While it is a Monday it is still a new day. Consider the following points for Mental Music Monday~
- I take comfort nearly every single morning that this is a new day. Today could be a better day than yesterday, today might be harder but in a different way. Today I count the blessings I have right now. With each rising of the sun comes opportunity to create “a new day”
- You may not be able to change your struggles or your situation overnight but allowing a feeling of renewal and hope for what this day brings is a very healthy way to keep a positive focus amidst hard times.
- On Monday and take a moment and realize it is a new week. How will you make it better than last week? What can you do to change your attitude or perspective to find hope, good and smiles in your week?
- Celebrating my son’s 7th birthday last week reminded me what a long road of treatment he has been down and we finally get to focus on the end of therapy. We have only a few more months to go!
- This week I am focused on new marketing ideas for my book, I get to speak to a local MOPS group and am going to carve out some time to scrapbook. (along with the one million little things it takes to keep the house running and kids in line)
You know, even if you don’t want it to – each day will come to an end and tomorrow will be a new day. I hope all of your tomorrows this week a good ones and if they aren’t that you can find a bright spot in the hard days to help make them a bit easier.
